Inside the Web folder of translate.zip you'll find a set of folders each containing HTML files. These are not regular HTML files you are probably familiar with, but text files containing script commands that include HTML tags.

Translation Rules

• Do not translate words inside the following script tags: t('...'), wtpl('...'), cwt('...'), wt('...'), URLs inside a (anchor) tag
• Do not translate names, titles, filenames, and so on
• If you have problems deciding whether to translate a word or not -

As web translation is the most complex (requiring manual translation), a few iterations may be required
