System Requirements

  • Palm OS 3.0, Windows CE 3.0 or above
  • RoadLingua (included with the dictionary distribution file)
  • 198 KB of either RAM or expansion card free space
  • PiLoc Swedish localization kit, or similar product to display Swedish characters.

How To Install (Palm OS)

For PalmOS EXE distributions (Windows only):
  1. Run the downloaded EXE file and follow the on-screen instructions
For ZIP distributions:
  1. Unzip the downloaded zip file with WinZip (or any other unzip utility) to any folder on your PC or Mac
  2. Open Palm Desktop
  3. Click the Install button on the Desktop application's Launch Bar
  4. In the Install Tool dialog box, click the User Selector and select the correct user from the list.
  5. Click Add
  6. In the Open dialog box, select the swelat.pdb and RoadLingua.prc files to install
  7. Click OK
  8. When the Install Tool dialog box reappears, check the location in the Destination column
  9. If you want to install swelat.pdb to the expansion card, select as the destination path /Palm
  10. Hotsync your handheld

How To Install (Pocket PC)

  1. Unzip the downloaded file with WinZip or any other unzip utility
  2. Run the RoadLingua.exe file to install the RoadLingua dictionary viewer and follow the installation instructions
  3. Run swelat.exe to install the dictionary and follow the installation instructions
